  Used to be good. Since they've gotten Konnor Dudley their customer service has gone down hill. I had an issue with the proof when I contacted him he was rude, refused to listen to the issue and hung up on me.
  I HAD used them for 2 years. Because of Konnor I have found a new company who listens and when I have a question or issue fixes it and is VERY helpful and has wonderful customer service.
  
  I no longer use them and send several other vendors to my NEW company.
  
  Konnor, you need to learn customer relations and service. Because of YOU you've not only lost my business but several other vendors!
